Her work has focused on advancing gender equality, strengthening strategic communications, and promoting sustainable solutions in energy, environment, climate change, and water and sanitation. Over the years, she has built a reputation for combining technical expertise with a strong commitment to social impact.

Her core strengths lie in gender training, gender analysis and assessments, and community sensitization. She has led and supported advocacy efforts aimed at promoting women’s rights, while also cultivating and sustaining both local and international networks. A significant part of her work explores the intersection of gender and climate change, ensuring that policies and programs are inclusive and responsive to diverse needs.

Faustina is also an accomplished communications professional, with extensive experience in information dissemination, awareness creation, media campaigns, and journalism.
