SUMMARY:ACCESS side event at the seventh session of the Africa Regional Forum for Sustainable Development
DESCRIPTION:ACCESS is hosting a side event during the seventh session of the Africa Regional forum on sustainable Development. The objective of the event is to promote evidence-based discussion among a range of stakeholders\, including government\, DFIs\, investors\, business and civil society representatives\, on the future energy finance\, policy and technical support needed in the Africa continent to deliver a just energy transition for climate action. The side event brings together various African scholars and development practitioners who will debate key issues surrounding the just energy transition with a view to framing the transition and its effects within context.
